A very hot topic these days with a multitude of meanings.  For some computer forensics are imaging a host in a manner that will stand up in a court of law, the image alone is then analyzed for evidence that could be used for prosecution.  When selecting a course ensure that you fully understand what you hope to achieve and that the course will fulfil those requirements.
