As employees become more mobile, sophisticated VPN solutions are required to meet key security challenges such as securing access to corporate resources and protecting remote desktops. To meet the VPN client needs of any organization, Check Point offers VPN-1 SecureClient. It encrypts and authenticates data to protect against eavesdropping and data tampering. It also extends security to the desktop by enabling security administrators to enforce desktop security policies for remote users.

The big brother of the SecureClient/SecuRemote duo.
Both are VPN clients for connections to CheckPoint VPN-1 and usable on 32bit Windows only. There are MacOS-X and Linux versions available, but the Linux version works only on ancient systems and the MacOS version is third-party.
Main differences between SecureClient and SecuRemote are the included/active features:
- Support for Office Mode IP allocation
- Desktop policies
- ..

From the CheckPoint FW-1/VPN-1 R70 release onwards there is the new "Endpoint Connect" client which depends on certain other options enabled in the gateway configuration and which is not compatible with the older gateways.
