If you have lost your password we will be happy to crack it either on site or remotely for a small fee. The time it takes to crack a password will vary according to a number of factors, for a Messenger Plus password we would expect to initially be attempting over 800,000 passwords per second, this will decrease as password complexity increases.  It would help greatly if you could offer clues about the password, from expected length and languages spoken to names and addresses, we would use this information and mix it with dictionaries. which would be used alongside a bruteforce attack which will attempt every single combination of characters.

We will also work on your site or provide the facility for you to work on our site, with your own account, where we set up the facility and you will be emailed the results without us seeing the decrypted file. The account will be deleted upon completion. Please note that by default we configure the software to show us the password only and not decrypt the file, unless the client specifically requests this.
